My 2pm tour of the Lower East side neighborhood, near the Tenement Museum on Orchard Street was cancelled at the last minute due to heavy rain blowing sideways. Darn! I can attest to their awesome gift shop! And... the woman checking me has been to Homer three times in the last five year. And... the tour guide used to live in Ketchikan. Random-ness in action.
